Can let sit in Cold infusion or ‘sun tea’ with the same ratios below, just taking longer but this is our favorite way and it imparts a delicious infusion. The sun tea infusions can even be boiled again for another round using less water. Adjust water to the right taste and use honey or a good pure cane sugar or a favorite sweetener like maple syrup. This tea pairs well with other herbs like mint, other fruit juices, ginger, lime and citrus.
